Went to investment for a rental home. Not only do they take your money but their homes aren't even in the greatest shape for what you pay. They don't have a security deposit. Which is why first month's rent is so high. They take your money and you don't get it back. I ended up going through exit. I couldn't be happier. To anyone looking for rentals in rolla I would highly recommend exit.

Worst place to rent from! They wouldn't come and fix our tub and it's still flooding into our living room, kitchen, and onto our electrical stuff.

IR & Mike Woessner, Persident, are capable and creative. We have to take our hats off to them in recent commercial "pocket" deal. They are tops in S. E Missouri.
