Nice property, nice view, nice pool, complimentary welcome drinks, Internet PC's in the lobby to check Email, fairly quiet. However, there is no excuse for that lazy toilet and noisy AC/heat pump unit. Also, why a soap/shampoo pump unit, instead of a bar of soap and small bottle of shampoo? I had to pump that thing 15 times to soap up in the shower.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the fact that it smelled old and dank. Otherwise it was great.

Nice hotel, but staff....

The hotel itself was very nice, the grounds were beautiful but the staff...well that has something to be desired. The girl who checked us in was EXTREMELY rude to me and my mother! EXTREMELY rude! Some of the staff didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. The restaurant was extremely slow, we ate there twice (hoping that the first time was just a fluke thing, but no) and...

Recommended if you do not want a "resort" and just need a place to stay. The hotel is older, the lounge there is the worst of it all. We tried to dine in there our first night and had to leave due to the lack of air conditioning and unfavorable smell. The decor of the lounge was a mix of cruise ship, movie theater and antique store. Much was left to be desired. Overall pretty nice staff and...
