My hair fell out in the bowl

Went to her for several months, got my hair colored, went in for a relaxer, informed my hair was recently colored, maybe we have to wait for the relaxer. She stated it was fine and my whole head of hair fell out! This one tries to blame the customer. Be careful.. she is taping you too without your permission!

With so many salons around, you get used to just okay work, which is not a good thing. I was really impressed that LaTina treats her small salon as if it were her full sized salon/spa in her home state. The quality of work is wonderful.
