As someone that has worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years, I simply cannot believe that a business owner (if she truly is) would verbally attack a client. How does this place stay in business??? No one ever answers the phone, no one returns voice mails, you may or may not have someone available on the day of a scheduled appointment to perform a procedure, and rescheduling...
