Do not buy a single item from this company. They do not stand behind their products. This system I purchased from them 1 year ago has failed in every way. Reported them to the BBB 6 months ago. They stated in the report that they would replace the system and despite my contacting them it hasnt happened!

Is it a coincidence the all of the reviews that appear were entered on exactly the same day, 23 June 2007, and there are just enough of them so that the screen is filled and oo other honest review can be seen?

We purchased a 64 grain unit around 1996. We paid a lot of money as we wanted good quantity. I have receipts from 11 different repair calls over the years and have had to learn to repair it myself as it fails every few months or so. I'm now looking at other options to avoid having to call out another repair as they are expensive.
