Shoddy work. Surly service. This outfit is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. The painting was slipshod, the bill was far above the estimate and ""Don"" (who is apparently the owner) is downright rude.
Avoid using Intermountain painting unless you want paint dripped all over the place, fixtures with globs of paint splattered on them, windows painted shut, and a mess of a worksite. You'd be better off hiring a couple of high school kids - sure they'd do a lousy job, but at least you wouldn't end up being stuck with a bill that has no resemblance to the estimate.
