No communication, Poor management.

Upper management..who. Kansas city has good men jobless because of integrals Miss managed contracts and general absence when questions needed answers.
Several times withholding pertinent and rightful wage information and pay scales from those they employ. Refusing to pay for housing due to their lack of money management. Only giving techs 4 days to find shelter or quit (then the techs would be breaking contact) When they clearly say in the contract they would provide housing for 90 days. We trusted Eric Atchlery to be up front and honest. He hasnt returned a phone call since Dec. 24 2011. Those texas boys don't really care about small sites....but they sure do care about every nickel they back charge for and question later. They will not last as long as they think. Common sense, fairness, honesty and crictical thinking could save those jobs but....they don't answer the phone and the site super is shady too. with holding info at Integrals demand. Also the the dispatch ladies in Houston are rude, ignorant and vindictive. Not All im sure but my my Integeral is proven to be the worst company I have seen these poor guys work with. They have less than wht they started when they started. Shame on you.
