This report is corroborated at glassdoor.com back in 2008. This has been going on for a long time. See:  think they have slipped through the cracks since they only have 40 employees and most people when they leave are so disgusted that they don't even want to talk about it.

So, InsurMark claims to have positions available for all levels to their job recruiters. That is not true. They have one position available that everyone starts in no matter what - the sales recruiting position (from the president's own mouth).
