Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. I got my first bill 3 days before the due date, stating my services would be canceled if I did not pay within ten days of the letter. Then my given account number was "invalid" on the website and over the phone. Contacted customer service who tried to transfer me to the Peoria location.
