My experience was that these folks were not interested in completing the job. After taking out a wall, the crew disappeared for weeks reappearing only after I sent them a letter threatening to terminate their contract. The most recent incident long after the job was "done" involves their "forgetting" to get a permit. Despite their agreement to do so, and the "nickle and dime" level of this reimbursement for the permit rthey did not get as promised ($40 fee), their excellent customer service continues to everwhelm. Project management (andindeed management of any kind) was completely absent on this restoration which took months to do a week's actual work. I was not going to bother with a complaint until they added insult to injury by agreeing twice to reimburse the forgotten building permit cost twice and never doing so. Their sales force is terrific but their workforce and project "managers" are just useless.
