We start our day at 7 am and don’t leave until the job is finished! Yes it is long hours, however I get to work every day with awesome people who truly care about their job and their contractors. Insight Global provides an opportunity with no restraints. There is no ceiling to your success, and whatever you put in you will get out. Insight Global only promotes from within allowing you the opportunity to jump into management early in your career. Not many jobs provide you the opportunity right out of school to control your own success.
I have been an IT director in the South Florida area for a number of years and I have come across numerous staffing agencies and I have mixed reviews. Many promise the world and rarely deliver. Poor candidate quality and coming in great numbers has been extremely problematic for my organization and it leads to wasted time and frustration. One day an account manager from Insight Global came through my door and changed my opinion/expectations of what a staffing company can be.
My initial thoughts were that they would perform to level of their competition and I was proven wrong in a very short time. Although Insight was not set up on our vendors list my account manager expressed that they only needed "one shot" to prove why they would be a value add to our organization. I had no openings at that time and did not for a while. This vendor continued to maintain contact with me for sometime before they were given their "shot".
On a Friday afternoon one of my senior engineers quit without notice and during a very busy time of year for us. We needed someone on site and fast. I called my usual contacts and they gave me little reassurance that I would have anyone in the near future so I called my Insight contact and gave them a chance. Well to my surprise within hours I was sent 2 excellent candidates and told both were available on Monday to start work. After a short interview with both of them I made a tough decision and picked one to start work on Monday. Our rep from Insight was there Monday morning to walk this person in the door and he is here to this day as a permanent employee.
Stories like this do impact a person and they have made themselves a partner to myself and my organization and they have changed many of my notions of how a staffing company can be.
While working for another company, I was looking for a way to improve my situation. When Insight called me, the FIRST question I asked was if the position were full-time and permanent. I was assured that yes, 40+ hours per week. Permanent. Had they indicated anything less, i would not have continued the interview. I was not going to leave a permanent (albeit awful) job for a temporary one under ANY circumstances. I was promised a competitive salary, and a bonus at the completion of my first project. I started my career with Insight Global one month after graduating from the University of Texas in 2010 and cannot imagine my life having made any other choice than to work at Insight Global. The company culture is captivating. From my very first day walking in the office I absorbed the contagious positive energy. One of the best aspects of Insight Global is that everyone’s’ success is dependent on the success of others so in addition to the team atmosphere, you have people consistently fighting for you to do well....
I started my career with Insight Global about 2 years ago, and I have loved every minute of it. This is a big company with a small company atmosphere. Each office is very close and the camaraderie between the employees makes work fun.
Not only that, but Insight Global is a completely ""organic"" company. Everyone above you has done your job and understands how to help when needed. Insight does hire recent college graduates and has a great mentorship program to insure success.

My experience with Insight Global began during a time where I faced major difficulties. I had just lost my job and, due to the difficult economic conditions, my optimism to finding a similar opportunity was progressively weakening. Luckily, the Career Support Services at New England Tech put me in touch with Insight Global. It was the best thing that happened to me in 2008. The agency offered me a third shift position with an excellent compensation. This second chance was exactly what I needed in order to sustain myself, pursue my education, and finally get my life back on track.
