Went to pay my bill 6 customer service helpers no line..... Went to window and was told I had to get in line at a MACHINE to pay my bill 8 people in line.....Why couldn't one of the helpers help these 8 people... What happened to customer service

FUCK COMCAST ! Horrible customer service!!! Waited around ALL DAY just to be told I would have to reschedule without any reason or apology!! I would never recommend them and Im definitely not rescheduling !

Would never do business with this company again. Switch and bait sold me channels that was not in the package then would not help resolve the problem. Wanted to sell me higher package. All correspondence was never correct with the special price, original price. frown emoticon
