If you're into egotistical environment, you might like it there.
The instructor I had didn't use music - she kept talking about her

Inner Peace Yoga is so relaxing and welcoming. I just went to the Living Your Yoga Seminar that Mary & Rick were teaching on Gratitude and it was amazing! :)
