Clean, but the HVAC unit vibrated so much I thought it was one of those beds that you paid a quarter for 1/2 of a vibrating massage. Then, mysteriously, in the middle of the night it stopped vibrating. I was too tired to ask for another room.

Had to wait at check in for staff to even show up. I rang the bell and even hollered for assistance. The room was ok. Then at breakfast no one from the hotel was at the desk our entire time we ate, in fact we didn't see anyone including guest.
