Horrible customer service and a rude "owner"

This place was the only place i could have gotten the exact DVS shoes i wanted. Im pregnant and looking for a comfortable shoe. My boyfriend and I went in and asked for either a size 8 or 7. I was wearing flip flops and asked if they had socks I could wear ( like a normal shoe store usually does ) whil i try them on. The girl kindly said "no im sorry but you can try them on witho ut socks" So i tried them on anyways. I was telling her how i was pregnant and trying to find a wide yet stylish shoe. I asked if i could buy them, take them home,(in orange county) and if they were too big bring them back and get a smaller size. She said yes. I came back three days later (my only day off of work) to exchage them to encounter the biggest jerk ive ever met. I walk in with my boyfriend and nicely ask if i can exchange my shoes for a smaller pair. The "owner" Joe does not even acknowledge us until another guy walks up takes a look at the shoes and says "sure" then the "owner" tells me theyre dirty and he cant re sell them. I never ever wore them outside my bedroom..how are they dirty? I ask him how theyre dirty..he points some smudge marks out i grab the shoe and rub them off since the smudges were from me shoving the shoes back in the box. He tells me if he were to get a brand new pair of shoes he could show me, so i asked him to get a "new" pair of shoes to compare. The shoes he brought me were way more dirtier than the shoes i was trying to exchange. He then proceeded to tell me its hopeless to argue because hes not exchanging them. No where on the receipt does it say they need to be in perfect condition..even though they were. So now i am stuck with shoes a size toi big. THIS GUYS AN A@!%!*E. DONT EVER COME HERE YOURE BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AGAIN THE "OWNERS" NAME IS JOE.
