inkleys is great

I have been a customer at Inkleys since it opened . I have had nothing but satisfaction with all aspects of this store. I have dealt with different managers and employees over the years and they have all been great. I have tried other places to get prints, but the quality at Inkleys is the best, and so is the service. I have bought several cameras over the years and have always been treated with respect and learned about the cameras from very qualified people. If you have problems with cut off heads, check your camera before you snap.

Strange Employee

Bought an SLR in 2009 and arrived several days later to pick up. Salesclerk who sold me the camera (middle-aged, blonde haired, Aspberger-autistic behavior) became totally avoident. I tracked down a person in charge who informed me the SLR was still in Salt Lake and had not been shipped. After waiting several more days it arrived.

My wife bought a camera later that year and had a bad experience with the same individual.

We shop elsewhere now.

I had thought about purchasing a DSLR and my niece had recommended Inkley's based on her own experience. I came in and talked with Sean (store manager - although I didn't know that at the time) and was WOWED with the service I received. He gave me some basic camera instruction (his knowledge is amazing) on my first visit and I was very grateful. The camera I purchased (Sony A55) is very easy for me to use - for my first DSLR. We are going to be taking it to Canada this summer and I also wanted to use it to take food photography. Sean was very helpful in selecting the right lenses and...
