I was trying to send in rx claim forms, and they kept telling me I had a pre-existing condition. I had sent in my prior coverage 4 times. When I explained to the CSR that I didn't have a pre-existing condition, she finally told me that one of the meds I had sent in was causing the delay. It was an antibiotic. I enrolled in this insurance a few years ago and cancelled it. I then re-enrolled at the end of 2006. When I went to the doctor, (Jan. 2007)they called SRC to verify coverage. SRC/AETNA said they could not find me. I called 10 minutes later and was told, yes, I was enrolled as of December 2006, and that I was covered.
