EEK! have you ever tried to spend your money, and it can't be done...just go to INHABIT'S website, click on any catagory, and try and purchase a couple of items...never any inventory...even on new items....WTF? this is a recipe for failure in my eyes....and then call one of the Stepford customers service reps....another shot in the dark with these fembots...they're about a useful as boobs on a bull.....

I agree with the previous reviewer. Although now you can reach them by phone. Still they are a relatively small retail operation and their customer service for individuals is lacking. Inventory management is not accurate, shipping lead time can be too long and disappointments are many.

Still if you can manage to get that one piece that works..and is in stock...and is actually delivered to you...magic.

Email is the only way to contact them, which they say they will return promptly. They don't. When they do it is usually not a complete answer, then you have to try to reach them all over again. No apologies, no nice words. Guess they don't have time to help you.

There are other companies that have great sweaters.
