Dr. Scharpf is a very caring doctor. I actually started seeing her based upon the five star rating she had on this site, so I don't know what went wrong. I've found her to be nothing but compassionate, caring and attentive. When I've emailed her a question, she responds almost immediately, even once on a Sunday!
