Awful customer service. As soon as I committed to buying Mark has been rude and unpleasant to deal with. Further, he made no attempt to explain to me why it is taking longer than the 10 day production time stated for 1 custom stamp. I have made my first and last purchase here.

Bad bad bad customer service. Was promised my stamp a month ago for my business before it opened and guess what! STILL WAITING AND RUDE RESPONSES. If I was this rude in hospitality I wouldn't have a job. Shame I couldn't rate you 0 stars!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over charged my credit card by $1200 and it was such a hassle to get them to admit their mistake and issue a refund. Also, communication with my rep was horrible. The stamps are great, but there are many other companies with great stamps and much better customer service!
Rushed my branding iron out but was caught in the UPS holiday backlog, so I wasn't able to get second day delivery. Michelle at Infinity stayed on top of the situation, kept me updated, and was so nice.
