Indigo Yoga is the only place to be a student of yoga in Fort Worth. The teachers are awesome, the classes are fabulous, the staff is incredible. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The teachers rock the house every day in every class. You will not be disappointed.

WOW!! There are not enough adjectives to fully describe Indigo Yoga. Brooke and her staff are amazing. Go and experience this wonderful yoga studio, you will not be disappointed!

This is the "BEST " Yoga studio in North Texas! The Baptiste power vinyasa yoga is energetic and cleansing both physically and emotionally, but what separates indigo from the other studios is Brooke. She teaches small group classes ( 21 students or less) and challenges each student (no matter what their level) in a creative and enjoyable way.

I have been practicing in Austin at several studios and when I moved to Fort Worth I was disappointed that there were not more to choose from. But when I found Indigo Yoga I knew I had found my yoga home! I love Baptiste anyway - it's such a great blend of all the styles of yoga I've come to love. The teachers at Indigo are wonderful. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone!
