If they did, no one would ever chalk up the cash to get in. Absolutely dirty. Looks like a one point his was a pretty nice place to relax . Unfortunately it has been allowed to crumble. Human hair and grime everywhere.
Unless you drench yourself in something to kill all bacteria, don't go! Apparently, most of Idaho Springs, including this place was bought up about a year and a half ago. Many changes to come!! Well, when will it start? I was there on a Saturday & Sunday, the town was dead considering the beautiful weekend.

We were taking a rest day trying to acclimate to the altitude. This place was exactly what we needed. It's historic and old, so don't expect a fancy place. They did say they were going to start renovating soon. The lobby could use some work but other than that I wouldn't change much.
