we are very disappointed in the amount of care and support my sister is receiving. we have been trying to get issued resolved and cannot and the home is not at all clean... 1 social worker to 125 residents doesn't seem fair and the nursing staff not at all helpful... We are trying to get a state rep out there to address our concern. somebody has to be accountable....
