I had the opportunity to use Independent Home Inspections when I purchased my home. The inspector, who is the owner of the business, was very thorough and took plenty of time explaining different areas of the inspection to me. He answered all of my questions and was not in a rush to just get the job done. I have recommended Independent Home Inspections to several of my friends and will continue to recommend Independent Home Inspections to anyone who is considering purchasing a home. You won't be disappointed.
