I lived at Independence Crossing for 3 years and I have to say this was the best apt experience I've had thus far. I was in a 1 bedroom apartment with a detached garage. The grounds are very well kept. My neighbors were all classy and respectful and it is quiet, which I loved because I am 'noise sensitive'. I love living at Independence Crossing. I moved from one sister property to another, and I couldn't be more pleased! The townhome I live in is spacious and quiet. My neighbors are cordial, maintenance issues are addressed very promptly, and the office staff is pleasant & efficient.

I lived here for almost 2 years, and love it! I moved only because I needed a bigger apartment, and they didn't have any available at the time. The place is well-kept and quiet, they have a great pool and gym, and the overall appearance of the place is wonderful. Moreover, the staff is amazing! I have lived at a lot of different apartment communities in Plano, and this was the best by far. Any maintenance issues were always addressed promptly. It was so quiet here. You'd have the occasional loud bass in a car, but neighbor noise was not an issue. The office staff was always friendly and concerned about whether we were happy. I liked the laid back attitude of the staff when I came in....

Toured the property and everything seemed to be in order, it looks like they care about this property and keep everything organized and up-to-date. Very welcoming when you arrive, I would not hesitate to rent from Wendy the manager, she seems like she takes care of business.
