Quality Service at the best price! Keith was the driver for my daughter's wedding, he confirmed with us the day of the wedding, customized the service and gave us his contact number in case of changes. He was prompt and very professional !

Perfectly fine service. No frills, no extras. They were polite and prompt, and able to pick us up early when requested. Vehicle was fine, they upgraded us to the SUV... which we didn't actually love (kinda wanted the whole in the limo feel), but was fine. For the price, super-fine. :-)

We booked a 16-20 person Escalade Limo to transport some of our wedding guests from our venue to the after party we hosted at our hotel. The limo broke down during the bachelor party (the front axle snapped) and in response In the Scene Limousines offered basically nothing in compensation and quoted the service agreement stating that they were not liable for any mechanical failures. I complained but they showed no particular interest in satisfying the customer.

While the limo was good quality and the driver was professional & nice, their approach to customer satisfaction leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. I recommend you avoid In the Scene Limousines.

Do not book with this company. Did not show up for scheduled (and paid for service) - and no call as to why. We called them when no one arrived 15 min after scheduled pickup. We were told car was still at their office - that driver apparently didn't show up. Scrambled and found replacement driver who showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes late with limo and in jeans and T shirt. Service was booked for 50th birthday and concert.
