I did lose weight doing the program, however the customer service is AWFUL after you pay them. After you first pay suddenly everything you need or support needed is an extra charge. When you call them on it they say you were told about the charges but 3 of us were not. They said I was lying. Are you kidding me? Three of us were lying? No one was asking for any monies back or anything just a couple of questions as to where to find certain foods in the area.
The owner Jana is the worst owner of a business I have ever met. She doesn't believe the customer is EVER right. In order to get out of anything she says you are lying.
The product did its job but the company did not. Call Meyer's.
I definitely recommend calling Meyer's. This place is very unprofessional, they take your money and support is very limited. The people that work there aren't even "In Shape" big red flag... Jana was a total "b"! ...You're put on a 500 calorie diet which is how you're truly losing the weight... Please don't be subject to this place and become one of their lab rats!!!! Do your research people...
