Responded literally within a minute of my initial Service Magic submittal and made an appointment immediately for the next morning (on a weekend).
The repair just weathered Hurrican Irene so, suffice it to say, we are happy! I would recommend Improve Today VA to anyone.
We had two failed repairs trying to do it on the cheap. This work was worth the money to us. I will be calling them again...

I am extremely pleased with the job that Steve's team did. Steve came and assessed the problem and said his team could come within a couple of hours and I would be pleased with them. As he said, they came within the time promised. They were fast, thorough and polite. I would call them first, if I ever had a roofing need. My problem ended up being less extensive than Steve originally...
