When I got my fitting with Ashley, she was great. I had no problems with Impression Bridal.
The other girls were also great when we were doing the fittings for the bridesmaid dresses.

As far as communication goes, the information regarding deadlines and how to get all the dresses was a bit confusing. It was a long process. But in the end, everything turned out great.

Kristin was very helpful in finding my perfect gown. I told her the style I was looking for and my budget, then she brought in a couple of dresses for me to try on. I am very picky and didn't expect to find my gown on the first visit to the store, but I surely did. I am very happy that she was my consultant and help me find my perfect gown. Also, she is very down to earth. Love her!

Ashley from Impression Bridal was great! She gets 8 or a 9 stars. But the seamstress I had was not so helpful and rates a 1 star.
