The staff is wonderful and the location is great. I have lived in these apartments for almost 7 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. The quality of these buildings is one of the best I have ever seen and if there is ever a problem, maintenance is always there promptly to take care of it. Luxury in Waukegan

I lived at Imperial Tower apartments for many years and found that the staff was very helpful, expecially the owners. It is family run and they really cared about our concerns. It was very close to where I was working at the time and was definately the best apartment community I could find in the area. If you want a very spacious apartment home, then this is the place to be.

Imperial Tower has allowed me to fulfill and show off my wonderful gardening and decorating skills. When the weather is warm, I pot flowers and plants, in which the owner Paul even compliments me on! During the holidays, the managers will usually have balcony decorating competitions, with prizes!
