I don't know what has happened. This used to be a great place, and some of the old, wonderful staff are still there. I was there on Friday. This is Sunday and I am no better. The nurse, Monica, was so rude to me on the phone, talking right over top of me while I was trying to explain that I have been up all night for two nights in a row with the ear infections in both ears and the sinus...
