It was a professional and clean office visit. The doctor and staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I felt the quality of care for my issue was good.
I love the clinic. I called and got an appointment time for that day. The receptionist and the nurse were great. The were polite and very nice. The doctor that I saw needs better bedside manner. It was the gentlemen doctor that I am referring too. The lady doctor is fantastic. I have seen her twice before.
First time trying Immediate Care. My four year old was sick and I didn't want to use the ER for a non emergency but didn't want to wait for a doctor's appointment. I like being able to get an appointment online. The staff called wantinv to see if we'd like to come in sooner so they could give my son the care he needed without needed to rush. Even though several walk ins came that could've pushed my son's place back to well past closing, the doctors saw him first. The quality of care was so much better than we would have gotten from the ER as well as the hospital that sees my son for primary care. Will be my first choice for any urgent care needs.
The wait was not bad even though she sounded like it would be. Everyone had a healthy sense of humor, and it was appropriate too. The doc was very knowledgeable, thorough and spent time with me making sure my forms were correctly finished at past closing without seeming in a hurry.
Clean, very comfortable beds, enjoyed stay
I went in for a hand and wrist injury and everyone was very friendly and attentive
Crystal Chung PA-C is a AWESOME provider and all of your clinics should have providers like her.
The treatment I got today was really nice.. The employees there are really friendly and helpful..
