Help us make it rightI was sold a $9,000 surround sound system with what I was told were new components. Imagine my surprise when components started failing after two years and I learned that Scott sold me reconditioned equipment and the warranty that I thought I had for new equipment didn't exist. The serial numbers were removed! Don't hire these people.
