Terrible management. My stylist did not do what I wanted. She was supposed to do a balayage but it did not lighten at all. She colored my hair back to my natural hair color except for the front small pieces. My stylist told me I could come back in a few weeks and can lighten it again and I’ll receive a discount. The management at this salon is very unprofessional and does not follow the rule of confidentially. It is a toxic work environment for their employers.
