INCREDIBLE WORKOUT! It's been a while since I've really been able to find a workout that has challenged me the way that my first class at iLoveKickboxing has. The workout was fun, intense, and definitely had me wanting to come back again so I signed up for VIP that same day.
The staff was great too! Totally committed to helping you to reach your personal goals. The motivated me the whole way through and offered tips along the way to help me improve me form and everything! They sat down to talk to me before and after to make sure my experience was a positive one and to answer all my questions and just to make sure to get to know me.
My favorite part - I loved seeing that this workout can be for EVERYONE! There were people of all shapes, sizes, and genders. Everyone is on their own personal journey, with different goals, skill, and endurance level, but iLoveKickboxing's classes really work for anyone, no matter where they are in that journey. I love that! So many wonderful people. :)

I just started at ilovekickboxing.com in Virginia Beach about a week ago and LOVE IT! The workout is intense and the instructors are AMAZING! They are very helpful in making sure your form and moves are correct to help you prevent injury. And the energy!!!! They are always pumping up the class to help us stay focused! Highly recommended!
I only started a week ago, but I LOVE this place! The facility is clean and they have everything you need like showers, water and a locker room for both men and women.
