i went to my first class this week. i enjoyed it so much that i got the package they offer for after my 5 classes are done. i like the fact that they have someone helping you with the bag moves if you dont hear the teacher or see what they r doing. i had a lot of fun and cant wait for my next class.....
I decided to do the 3 classes for $10 because kickboxing really seemed like a fun way to get on a fitness routine. Even though I went too hard during the first class, I absolutely loved it the second time around! I'm really sad that I only have one more class left in the deal. The environment is very clean, the instructors are super nice and extremely helpful when you need the drill explained...
