This office is not effecient in hold nor resuming mail ...Dates are ignored/and note to resume is not Addressed. Mail was placed on my front door mat including prescriptions in the rain??? I do not only have my wet mail , I have four others??? When I called the office and spoke with "Jerry" and put on hold...His suggestion is to get a P. O. Box...Do not have any suggestions on what to do...
