I will Never Ever use this company again. They never do what they say they are going to do and nobody follows up on any project to make sure it is done properly, which it never is. The so-called project manager shows up to the house without the correct lights, always says he'll be back and returns only after two weeks worth of calling the office daily, only to still not finish the job. Have used this company since 12/15 for Christmas, Valentines Day, Memorial Day and will be using them for 4th of July and Halloween along with Christmas. Display looks great - lots of compliments from our neighbors and prompt repair and replacement if a timer fails or a bulb goes out.

IDS turns our home into wonderful display of lights every Christmas. They install and take down the lights each season. One of our lights went out and they came to our house within 14 hours to fix the problem right away. Great company to use!

Had two different companies give a bid on installing Christmas lights. Selected this company from a recommendation from a friend. They committed to a date for install that was beyond the other company but I stuck with them thinking I would receive a quality job. Illuminating Design was also the higher of the two companies.
