I used Illini for many years before my husband passed away and I had to downsize. For a short period of time I have used another company and I really missed the wonderful folks illini. I have now set this right and they are now my disposal company again. I couldn't be happier, these folks have kept the word CUSTOMER in Customer Service. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Their level of service is unacceptable and disturbing. I placed four containers full of garbage outside, on my driveway believing Illini Disposal Inc. would, do what I paid them to do, dispose of my family's trash.
