since they went easy on me, i had to post some comments. first, they were professional and easy to talk to and seemed like they understood. second, they outlined my options upfront instead of wasting my money first and not telling me later. third, their unique solution worked. the last time i had a virus several hrs cleaning and still broken. tried these guys, they did a reimaging process which basically reinstalled everything, but this time they set my laptop with good security/antivirus and it doesn't interfere with my work or what i'm doing. everything's been working great for weeks :-)
