Our management belief is that an equity involved franchisee is very responsive to the needs of the guest. As of June 30, 2010, there were 1, 476 IHOP restaurants located in 50 states and the District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The service is overall good, but when it comes to 5he food this is not a strong point here. The smoked sausage was undercooked and tasted bland, and the hash browns were on the soggy side.
Poor lighting in the parking lot. Aside from that, the manager was fantastic, the new employee she was training was again, fantastic. She fetched a back dated menu for me to accurately describe...
Every time this IHOP has screwed up my order! The food is overcooked; I guess the people there do not understand a simple veggie omelette with no green bell peppers! Three times they have messed...
One of the better IHOPs in the area. No ihop is going to get great reviews but it this one is a good representation of the late night niche. Not much else open that late in the NW Houston area anyway.
Some of the best memories are made at the breakfast table. And for more than 50 years, millions of people have made those memories at IHOP.
