I really enjoy IHOP but this visit was exceptional. Not because of the food (we got our normal favorite) but because of our server, Willie and the excellent management staff that even with a full restaurant, our wait time was only 15 minutes and our food was just right and timely. Has the feel of a family owned business. Food is very good. Service was prompt and friendly. They seem to enjoy getting to know you. The whole experience was relaxing and delightful.

It's an IHOP - International House of Pancakes. So, one would expect a cookie cutter approach to the whole dining experience. Not here.
