WOW!!! The worst experience so far at 803 Nasa Rd., Webster IHOP. Not clean, personnel is questionable. Waitresses and a manager are loitering by the service wall and behind it with no obvious activity being done related to IHOP. Noticed them gossip/s(profanity removed) about/at customers. Not good …

This review gets 2 stars for the food. I left satisfied with the food, but the employees ranged from okay to down right awful! The hostesses were more concerned with gossiping and making inappropriate remarks about customers than seating anyone. That explains why we waited 35 minutes for a table. …

If I could give this place no stars I would! The service was the worst I have had in a long time. Not only did we wait for over 15 minutes for our waitress to take our order she was sitting down talking. Never got any refills on drinks she never even came back to check on us. Had to go to front with no ticket to pay. They need we management!
