If you want fair service and eat in a filthy restrant then IHOP in Sioux City is the place for you. No one there takes pride in any thing they do. Absolutely terrible! Slow service, poorly prepared, not as clean as it needs to be! Definitely not the iHop I grew up with!

We stopped at IHOP on Sat Feb 21 for breakfast. Our server was a hard working young man taking care of us and obvious the other customers he served.
