Extremely grossed out at the fact that there was a hair in my scrambled eggs. The waitress was apologetic and I saw her tell the manager, but the manager didn't come out to acknowledge it....

I always come here for some good pancakes but the service is horrible. When you get a table you will sit there and wait about 15 minutes before someone realizes you have not been attended...
