40+ minute wait time for food, the order was filled incorrectly, and the restaurant was far from full so the wait had nothing to do with the number of customers. Don't bother, go somewhere else.

If it's 3am & you want breakfast go here. Other than that, it's really just mediocre; which is typical for any IHOP. The food is just "ok". Nothing more, nothing less.
