Go to this restaurant often. Always good service, food is consistant and well prepared. Never had a problem at this location.

Great food but the experience was ruined by a waitress who acted like she should have known better but failed.

We asked for a few minutes to look over the menu and she came back to us after she had the order taken and food served to other people who came in after us.

We left her a penny.

Food Takes Forever and Frequent Wrong Orders

I have had too many issues with the South Side restaurant.
Food constantly comes out cold, wrong order, burnt toast, wrong style of eggs(over-medium), and their bathrooms are always abysmal.
I have spoken with several manager's on duty but they never say "sorry" or "what can I do to fix this?", I just get a look of confusion and the...
