The location in the old Applebees on Dixwell Avenue is great. The seating is bright and open. Since the move, the place has been packed on the weekends. The IHOP is definitely a kid favorite and one that works well with a group. We have been there often for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The service is always quick, good menu selections from baby back ribs to pancakes to salads, and it's newly renovated so the seating is comfortable. Great location near shopping and easy to get to.
