This place was a disapointment compared to other ihop's . The cooks don't seam to know what to do when preparing food.
The food is almost always cold. The staff is unhelpful and rude. The resturaunt itself is not clean. Do not eat here.
I had to call the phone while standinh at the counter to get a waitress to take my order even after a cook telling them my order needed to be taken. Horrible customer service!!! The staff is lazy and rude as well as being allowed to steal from the customers. Only one manager is concerned otherwise the other managers will slam the phone in your face.
