Came in for breakfast. The host was not around to be seen for over 10 minutes. There was one person waiting before me and 4 other parties waiting. No one acknowledged us. The hostess finally showed up and I was a little upset. I mentioned to her that I waited over 10 minutes and all she said was I'll take …
Customer service was great. However, there is a bad smell in this IHOP. It made it hard for me to enjoy my food.
Our server was nice and she stated she she hasn't been here long so maybe that was the difference. The carpet smells terrible and the smell from the bathrooms at the front of the store is horrible.pancakes were cold and I asked if they could be heated.other than that a subpar place.
We sat for 15 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. The place wasn't busy. When we left the hostess wished us a good day.
Every now and then you have to give chain restaurants some love too, i love ihop, not good for me but what the heck those pancakes and my go to sirloin steak tips with eggs. When the craving hits, i hit this spot since its the closest to me. Service is fine, food comes out relatively quickly, i go there rarely on random weekdays so i cant attest to the weekends.
